David Letterman Retirement: Letterman announced his retirement from The Late Show earlier this week. He’s been hosting The Late Show since 1993 and plans on retiring in 2015. CNN announced Friday that Stephen Colbert, host of The Colbert Report, will be his replacement.

Game of Thrones Season 4: The fourth season of the hit show Game of Thrones premiered Sun., April 6. Fans of the show have been waiting since June of 2013 for the show to return. The fourth season’s premiere was watched by over 6.64 million people.

American Country Music Awards: Country fans’ favorite awards show came on Sunday night with plenty of country’s favorite stars. Hosted by Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton, the two hosts joked around during their monologue and made the show fun and exciting. Miranda Lambert won Female Vocalist of the Year for the fifth year in a row and Jason Aldean won Male Vocalist of the Year. Among the two dozen performances, the most memorable was country music legend George Strait.
