On Monday September 9,  the Boys’ Varstiy Soccer team had their first home game of the season against Elkton which they won 6-1. Junior Logan Szekalski had a great home opening game with 3 goals and 2 assists. Two of Szekalski’s goals were assisted by Juniors Alex Munley and Jason Dinsemore. Brandon Toloson, Andrew Marnich and JD Bruck also each added a goal in the win. The Bobcat’s defensive unit had a strong showing, only allowing one goal on the night. The team moves to 1-0 on the season and next plays again at home against Churchill on Thursday, September 12 at 7:00 p.m.
